Our group

The Intelligent systems group (Grupo de Sistemas Inteligentes, GSI), is a research group acknowledged by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). Our staff consists of 14 professors, 8 researchers and 7 investigadores  and collaborators from different departments of the university, most of them from the  Departament of Telematic Engineering Systems (DIT) at the School of Telecommunication Engineering (ETSIT-UPM). 

Since 1982, our group has conducted research, development and innovation in theories, methods and applications of artificial intelligence techniques, with focus in intelligent agents, semantic technologies, machine learning and language engineering.
